Give up.
I need to give up.
There are no tomorrow.
Give up is the only way to go.
where is my courage when these simply thing a baby can handle...
why is it so hard for me to do?
Is it that the age have defeat my strength and my weakness taken over me.
where is the bottom line to this fall?
Un-ending tortue to the life, sickening the hope of a better future
I am living the life of a death,
I am forgoten in the evil of hate
I don;t want to fight for a fight which is meaningless
I want to stand up and give up
Oh God, please give me now the courage to just give up
Give up to all the non sense
Give up to all the lie
Give up to all the broken promises
Give up to all the blame
Oh God, if you are there please give me this extra push,
just let me give up

5 habits happy people do ( share from yahoo)
Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. ---Abraham Lincoln
One of the most fundamental ways you can make over your life isn't to lose 10 pounds or conquer your closet clutter, it's to change your perspective into something more positive. While unhappy people, to paraphrase Tolstoy, might be dysfunctional in 10,000 different ways, upbeat folks have some habits in common. Crib from their notes to bring more joy into any day (yes, even a Monday).
Reach out
Studies show that relationships are vital to a positive outlook in life. And it makes sense --- engaging with others reminds you that no matter how crappy your day or foul your mood, you're not alone. A superficial interaction like chatting with the mail carrier can make you feel like you belong to a community, but intimate relationships are what keeps us going even when times get tough. Send a text to a college friend telling her you're thinking about her, or call your spouse just to say "I love you."
Be thankful
This is worth repeating again and again. Each of us, if you can believe it, has so much to be thankful for. There are the big things, like a loving family and your health, but then there are a million little things, too. When you adjust your perspective to be grateful for all that you have rather than bemoan all you don't, you start living life in the positives, and the results are immediate. Learn how to create a gratitude practice.
Live your passions
Even if you spend 8 hours a day at a job that doesn't exactly have you leaping out of bed in the morning, you can still find ways to do the things that make you feel most alive. In fact, you owe it to yourself for your own happiness and well-being. Whether it's making doll house furniture or roller skating, taking part in activities you love gives your life a sense of meaning and pleasure. Be creative about how you're going to work your passions into your day --- maybe you can form a book club at work or start writing that novel on your lunch hour. Read more about how to make the most of your daily life.
Make do
We live in a culture obsessed with buying stuff, and when we're sad, many of us turn to retail therapy for a quick boost. But that high is short-lived and leads us to spending money we don't have which, doh, only makes us feel worse when the credit card bill arrives. Instead of turning to shopping malls to buy the thing we hope will suddenly make our life happier and complete (never works, does it?), make the most of what you already have. Try "shopping your own closet" (or your man's) and wearing that other 80% of your wardrobe you seldom get to. Or give what you already own some TLC to breathe some new life into it. Maybe your kitchen just needs a good scrub down --- not a new refrigerator --- to feel shiny and new again. Every time you have that impulse to spend, make an effort to make do with what you already have.
Enjoy the simple pleasures
The best things in life, just like the bumper sticker says, often aren't things and they're usually free. Think babies laughing instead of Porsches. Get lost in the way the sun comes through your windows, the vibrant yellow of spring's first daffodils, or a perfect piece of golden toast. Make it a point to bring pleasure into your life and to really savor the delights that are abundant around you already.

Ah CI and her hobby
Ah Ci like her drawing and she can spend long hours concentrete on her craft thing, may it be a bookmark, or small greeting card. One topic she like to write is ' l give mum, l love mum', she has since making a lot of thing for me. When she examine her act work, and she so satisfied with it, and the only person she want to present to is me, her mum. Sometimes when her dad scold her for some mistake, she would start to write something in a piece of paper, and later on she will showing me, ' no love dad ' with symbol and colours. Which I find it quite unique, because she make drawings as her source of expression of emotions.
But recently Ah Ci had been transfer her enthusiasm in craft to her television, she have been addicted to the television day and night, as long as she wake up she would automatically switch on the TV and stick the face onto it for hours. Seeing this may not be a healthy hobbies for a 6 years old child, I would restrict her time for watching, and try my best to distract her attention by sending her some tasks which she would not normally do, like cleaning the floor, tidy the room etc
Chinese saying it take 3 days to learn the bad habib and it take 3 years to learn a good one. My lesson is to try to avoid those bad hobby because it hard to get rid of once addicted.

Photography
Recently I have been in the madness of getting a new camera within my little budget, I have search tons of websites, from the auction site to those of review site to choose my ideal camera, in the process of the searching and survey, I manage to come up with my so called conclusion and two-cents opinions in the photography world.
Many photography fans would choose a DSLR (A digital single-lens reflex camera is a digital camera that uses a mechanical mirror system and pentaprism to direct light from the lens to an optical viewfinder on the back of the camera.) DSLR camera is different from that of the normal camera in the sense that we can use different lens to the DSLR in order to shot variation of scene, which produces special effect to the images/result.
When we said PRO in photography it means that professional shooting, e.g., shoot a sunset mode to a very high quality perfect picture which others normal camera couldn’t. Basically, when you are a pro meaning that you can shoot a good picture with your DSLR.
There are two types of most common and complete range of lens provider, which is Canon and Nikon. They are leading the market in terms of variety and quality. That also means if you want a DSLR it would be better to get these two brand as to the wide range of lens for choice in order for different photography needs.
As of me, the price of certain lens, telephoto, fisheye view, macro lens, is flying high without the reach of my budget, so what is the point of getting a DSLR if end up at the end we cannot purchase a lens to suit the needs?
In view of this, I have determine to change my target from a DSLR to a semi-pro camera, semi pro means that you can still do some of the pro-thing, without need to actually purchase a pro-camera. The alternative is purchase a more high-end digital camera, e.g., a Canon Ixus which can produces certain images equivalent to those of the fisheye, wide angle lens, and also standard focus point 18-55mm which in turn able to do some very satisfying image.
